More Get Well Doggy Wishes!

Hi Ai Fans!
I had so much fun yesterday using these stamps for the Ai Launch of the Funny Farm images. I just couldn't resist..... I had to play with the "Doggy Kisses" set some more! I decided to create these cute 3 1/2 x3 1/2 " square cards that you could use as little gift cards to add with a little get well gift or flowers.
I used my Silhouette Electronic Cutting Machine to cut around the images. I added some twine and the matching sentiments to the stamps on the front of each card.
I  kept the inside blank so that there is enough room to write your own little personal messages.
I think this poor guy is my favourite!

Get Well Doggy Kisses!

Hi Ai Fans!
It's the second week of the "Create a Background Challenge" and the Funny Farm stamp Launch over at Art Impressions. Today I'm playing with the "Doggy Kisses" set.
This is the outside of my card using some of the Lawn Fawn's Perfectly Plaid Rainbow 6x6 collection.
Since the Challenge is "Create a Background", I decided that my background would be on the inside of my card in the shape of a pop up card. I used the Distress Oxide ink in Broken China and a cloud die to make my sky and cloud background. The Hills and "pop up" section was made with the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Pop Up die. Then I added some grass and my dogs to finish my little scene!

Here you can see a sideview of how the images are popped up on the hill.
I also made another card for the Challenge and used the paw print from the "Doggy Kisses" set to create the background directly onto a Kraft Card base.

Copics Used:
Weiner dog: E44, E47, E49/ E35, E37, W0, W1

Happy 150th Canada!

Howdy!
Wow Canada is turning 150 years young!! I'm actually what they refer to as a "Centennial baby"  being born in the year Canada turned 100! I'm sure there will be lots of special events on the July 1st long weekend! Off to the Cottage for me and of course we'll be taking in the fireworks! I decided to make a birthday card for Canada!
I made the card base from a Silhouette file and added the High Hopes "Team Canada" stamp in the middle. Of course I had to add the numbers "150" and the Happy is part of the "Happy Birthday Block" sentiment. I love that this image has all our most popular "Canadian animals included on it! Although our Canadian Flag doesn't have glitter, being the girl I am I just couldn't leave it alone and added some Clear Wink of Stella to the red parts.
I used the "Happy Birthday Block" sentiment again on the inside.
Copics Used:
Flag: R24, R27, R29, C1
Beaver: E04, E08, E09, E17, E18
Polar Bear: C1, R901
Moose: E40, E41, E43, E44, E47, E49
Raccoon: W1, W3, W4, W6, W8, W10
Skunk: C5, C7
Shadows: W1, B0000

Happy Stamping!
