A Whole Year More "Incrediblerer"!

Happy Sunday!
I made this adorable card for my daughter Taylor for her birthday! Taylor turned 26 this year. WOW, where does the time go? I'm beyond proud of the woman she has turned out to be!! I decided to use the Polkadoodles "Winnie's Gifts Galore" clear stamp for Taylor's card. This is my first time using one of Polkadoodles images, but I can tell you it won't be the last! Their stamps and papers are absolutely adorable!
I started by stamping and colouring "Winnie" with my Copic Markers. Then using a Gina Marie Pleated Circle die, cut out the image. I added some ink splatters with  Pico Embellisher using a brush in white and black. I added white polka dots to her outfit with a gel pen and some sparkly Stickles to the yellow flowers. All the edges of my papers and doily are inked with some Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Ink using a blending tool.
I always struggle with flower sprays but I think it turned out not too bad this time. I used the SSS Calliope Flourish and then added the flowers on top of it.
Love this double bow and little flower embellishment!
On the decorated inside I added a sentiment from the Stamping Bella "Tiny Townie Bree Loves Buttercream" stamp set.
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: E33, E35, E37, E39
Blue Greens: BG11, BG23, BG25, BG49
Yellows: Y13, Y15, Y17
Leaves: YG63, YG67

New Release Day!

Hello High Hopes Fans!
It's Release Day over at High Hopes stamps! Oh my gosh, wait until you see all the new images and sentiment for Christmas! Today my card uses the adorable "Christmas Gnome". I have become obsessed with Gnomes, I just think they are the sweetest characters ever!! I was so excited that I got to play with this sweetie!
I coloured my image with my Copic Markers and then fussy cut him out with my Brother Cut N Scan. I also cut out 2 cardstock layers to add behind him for a bit of extra dimension. Today's papers are from the Photoplay "Mad Plaid Christmas and Christmas Memories" 6x6 collections. Of course Christmas Gnome needed some bling so I grabbed my Stickles and added it to his hat and leotards.
Here's my decorated card inside and the new sentiment called "From Our Gnome".

Brewin' Up Some Treats!

Happy Tuesday HH Fans!
All month long the High Hopes Design Team has been creating cards using "Halloween" as the theme! This is my last "Halloween" card for the month of September. I'm using the adorable "Froggy Cauldron" from High Hopes Rubber Stamps. I love his expression, it's like he's saying "Oh no, what have I gotten myself into?".
For this card I decided to use paper from the American Crafts Bootiful Night 6x6 collection. I coloured my image with my Copics and then fussy cut him out. Using the Gina Marie Halloween Scene die, I cut it out using black cardstock and popped it up over the ghost paper with foam tape. I cut out the Halloween embellishments from the set and also from the YNS Happy Haunting dies in different colours. I cut each die cut 3x and glued them together so they had some dimension to them. I added "Froggy Cauldron" with some foam squares and decorated the "brew" with some Stickles. I also added some glitter pen to the flames but it's hard to see in the picture.
I used the same die and papers on the inside. I thought the HH "Brewin' Treats" sentiment matched perfectly with the "Froggy Cauldron".

Halloween Shaker Card!

Hi High Hopes Fans!
I haven't made a shaker card in so long and thought it would be perfect to use the High Hopes "Zig Zag Frame" and the little "Silly Spider" for a fun look.
I started by stamping my image, colouring it with my Copic markers and then using my Brother Cut N Scan, cut out around the image. I then cut out the inside along the border line with my craft knife to create a window. I glued a piece of acetate to the back of the image to create a window and then added foam tape. Next I added some sequins and some really cute tiny beads that my friend gave me! They are just so sweet! To create the "box" for the shaker, I then added a piece of paper to the back and voilá, I had a shaker! Using some Doodlebug paper from my stash (it's old and discontinued), I designed my card layout. Then all I had to do was attach the Shaker to the card! I added a fussy cut "Silly Spider" to the front with some twine so he can move around as you shake the card. Some Stickles and enamel dots finished everything off.
Here you can see the dimension on my card. I actually used 2 layers of foam tape so that the shaker elements had lots of room to move.
See those tiny beads....aren't they adorable!

Spider: T4, T7, T9/ BV08, FV2

RAOK Cards!

Happy Day!!
I want to share with you today a group of 21 little cards (2.5 x 3.5") that I created to be used as a Random Act of Kindness (RAOK). We live in such an awesome community and I wanted to surprise and hopefully bring a smile to someone's face. I've been working on this project for a little while now. I find I would work away at it in-between other projects but last week went full out and finished them all! Now to just randomly leave them places for someone to find!
I love the fun and cute images that I used and paper from my stash! Each card has some sort of embellishment. It could be enamel dots, Stickles or a bow.
This set is made from the Gerda Steiner Designs "Turtley Great" stamp set.
I love the sentiments that are included with the set!
These cuties are from Craftin Desert Divas. Unfortunately when I went to link the images she has closed her shop.
Super cute sentiments to go with the images!
Love these birds from Your Next Stamp called "Spring Birds"
On these cuties I made ink blend cloud backgrounds!
This set of stamps is from Simple Stories and is called "Happy Kids".
The stamp set doesn't have sentiment with it so I looked through my stash and used the ones shown.
I made all my little envelopes using the We R Memory Keepers "Envelope Punch Board".
I put a little note I printed from my computer on the inside that says "lease enjoy this random act of kindness. Pay it forward with a RAOK of your own". On the back of the card instead of using my personalized stamp, I made a sticker that says "Kindness is a gift that everyone can afford to give". After all I don't want anyone to know who the card is from.
Each envelope is sealed with a sticker I made that just says "Random Act of Kindness". Now I must tell you both the stickers are not my design but something I found online, downloaded the image and then printed it on some sticker paper that I had.

Thanks for stopping by and remember "How beautiful a day can be when kindness touches it"!

I love these papers from the Doodlebug Pumpkin Party 6x6 collection! I coloured my image to match the papers and then using my Brother Cut N Scan cut out the stamped image. I added some black trees from a die I have and added some Doodlebug Spider Stickers to it. Some Spectrum Noir Glitter Pen and enamel dots finish off my card. I also inked all the edges of my papers with Distress Ink in Black Soot!
The sentiment is called "Boo Crew" and matches the adorable stamp perfectly!

Peeking Froggy!

Hello!
The High Hopes Design Team is inspiring you with Halloween themed cards for the month of September! I decided to use "Peeking Froggy" today to follow along with the theme!
I had a bit of fun with this card as I made a detachable bookmark. I thought it would be fun to have a Halloween bookmark to use in October while reading to mark your spot. I'm using papers from the Doodlebug Pumpkin Party 6x6 collection. I added some Crystal Stickles on the stars and moon. The High Hopes "Trick or Treat Script" sentiment was perfect for my card.
Here you can see when you take the bookmark off, there is an image of "Peeking Froggy" behind so that the card still looks complete.
I stamped the "bookmark" images close to each other so they matched when folded. This way it doesn't matter which way you use the bookmark you still get to see the adorable image.
I also added some paper on the inside of the bookmark. I was going to put the magnets under the paper so they weren't visible but I got carried away with gluing paper and forgot LOL.
Copics Used:
BV08, BV29, FV2
YG21, YG23, YG25, YG17
YR16, YR18
Y15, FY1
T4, T7
B0000, B000, B01
