Art Deco Pop Ups

Hi Ai Fans!
You just have to love these Pop Ups from Art Impressions! When you need a quick and easy card but still want something fun, this should be your go to! The Pop Up sets are so easy to use! They come with 2 different scenes and you get 2 of each one! All you have to do is punch them out and assemble your card! This set is called "Ai Deco set 4".

The images even come labelled so you know what image to layer first. Add a few from dots between the decoupage layers and all that is left to do is add some decorations if you want to!
See the layers? So fun and love the dimension!
Happy Stamping!

A New Technique!

Hi Ai Fans!
It's the Second Week of the "Card Resolution" Challenge over at Art Impressions. We want to see you try a new technique for 2017. I decided to try a technique called "no line colouring". I'm using the "Incredibowl set" and coloured it up two ways so you could see the difference.
This is my absolute first time trying this.... it's not perfect but I'm happy with how it turned out! I stamped the image with SSS Hybrid Ink in Natural, which is a really light colour. Then I went ahead and coloured the image as usual with my Copic Markers. Because the ink colour is light the ink lines "disappear" when you colour it!
A little bit of Doodlebug twine and some bowling pins from the "Spare Me" set, finish off my simple design.
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E11, E21, R20, RV09
Hair: E43, E44, E47
Top: RV04, RV06, RV09, C1
Pants: C00, C0, C1
Bowling Ball: C5, C6, C7

I hope that you will join us in this Challenge and try something new!

Love Birds!

Howdy High Hope Fans!
Today I am sharing with you another card from the New Release over at High Hopes Stamps!
This is the new image called "Love Birds"! Super cute and perfect for Valentine's Day or an anniversary!

I decided to use paper from the Doodlebug Sweet Things 6x6 collection. I also tried to add some texture to the birds by taking an old terrycloth washcloth and soaking it in Copic Colourless Blender Fluid. Then I dabbed it onto the birds to ad a bit of texture. The photos son't show it well but there is some Clear Wink of Stella glitter pen on the leaves. I am also following along with the New Challenge and sketch for January.

This is a new sentiment from the new collection called "Always and Forever".
Copics Used:
Birds: RV04, RV06, RV09, Y35
Branch: E41, E42, E43
Leaves: BG11, BG13, BG34
Outline: BG000

There are 3 ways to participate and win this month! Click here to go to the Challenge and see the rules and link up your card!

Here's the Sketch for the month of January!

I hope you'll play along with us this month with our New Challenge "Live, Laugh, Love" and Sketch. I can't wait to see what you design!

Revin' For Trouble!

Hi Ai Fans!
Today I am sharing with you a card made using the Art Impressions "Sitting Lovelle" (#2635). There's just something about Lovelle that cracks me up every time!

The paper I chose this time is from the Doodlebug Flea Market 6x6 collection! There is Clear Wink of Stella on her bow and leg warmers but it's hard to see in the picture. I thought the "Revin' For Trouble" (#3505) suited her just perfectly! She looks like she could get into all kinds of fun trouble don't you think?
I kept the inside blank until I figure out what occasion or who is going to receive this card.

Copics Used:
Skin: E51, E11, E33, R20, R24
Hair: YR12, YR18, E99
Top: YR12, YR16, YR18
Pants: BG13, BG15, Bg18
Leg Warmers & bow: G16, G17, G19
Chair: E44, E47
Glasses: Y38, C1
