Ally Rose!

Hi HH Fans!
Today I am sharing with you the super cute "Ally Rose" from High Hopes Stamps. She is just so adorable and is in a sitting position so you can add her to whatever you want. I've used her on a fence before but today she is sitting the HH "Blossom Tree Branch" stamp.
I started by stamping her on some Copic XPress-It paper. Then I stamped her onto a Post-It note and fussy cute the image out. Then I put the Post-It note over the image and stamped the tree branch. This  makes Ally Rose look like she is sitting on the branch. Then off you go to colour and finish your card.
The Sentiment is also from High Hopes and is called "Smiling".

Fight the battle Lou!

Good Morning!
I recently did a Guest Design Team Spot over at Tiddly Inks and got to know the DT Coordinator Lou. Lou is a sweetheart and so organized! Currently Lou is going through a fight with Breast Cancer and is handling it in her charming way! Lou has inspired me with her Facebook posts sharing with us her battle along the way! She is one strong and positive lady and is a true Warrior Princess with a wicked sense of humour in this battle! Past and current Dt members were sent this image from Christy Croll to use and post today to honour Lou and let her know how much we all care!
I am trying to make it look like the image is punching Cancer and telling it to go back to where it came from! I coloured and fussy cut out the image and popped it up on foam squares. The word Cancer was cut using my Silhouette Machine. Of course the pink theme on the card is for the colour associated with Breast Cancer.
I struggled with what to put on the inside of my card. I goggled ideas and when I saw this saying knew it was perfect for Lou! I designed it with my Silhouette software and used Sketch pens to draw the sentiment with.
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E11, E21, R20
Hair: E43, E44, E47, E49
Pinks: R83, 85, 89
Blues: B34, B37, B39

Lou even though we only know each other from Facebook, I want you to know that I think of you often and am praying for only good things for you!
You got this!!

Gordon Golfer!

Hello There Ai Fans!
Gordon Golfer is another one of my favourite stamps from Art Impressions! I find I use Gordon a lot! I know so many males that are avid golfers so he comes in handy for a variety of masculine cards.
I wanted to try a different colour scheme this time and stuck to blur green Copic family. The paper is from Kaisercraft's Sea Breeze 6x6 collection. I paper pieced Gordon's golf pants for a fun twist! A few enamel dots and some silver Wink of Stella on the golf club and my card was finished.
The sentiment that comes in the Gordon Golfer set always makes me grin! Love it!!

Flowers For You!

Hi High Hopes Followers!!
Spring is just around the corner and spring flowers are on my mind today! Meet "Little Missy" and she has a bouquet of beautiful Spring flowers just for you!
I thought the papers from the Doodlebug Spring Things 6x6 collection are perfect for this card and for Little Missy's paper pieced dress. I also stuck with the Spring flower theme by using this flower shaped card base from  the Silhouette Store. Some bright yellow ribbon helped to finish off my card.

More of the same fun paper and the "Springtime Joy Script" sentiment.
