Tea Light Cover!

Hi High Hope Fans!

Today I made a bit of a different project using the High Hopes "Haunted House" stamp. This stamp is from the New Release called "Seasons of Celebration". I decided to create a little panel that you slide over a candle holder to make an illuminated piece for Halloween.

To create this I stamped my image on some silver vellum with Versa Mark embossing ink and added some black embossing powder. After melting the powder with my heat gun, I used my Zig Clean Color Markers to colour in the image. I cut a piece of Halloween themed paper the same size as the vellum and using a hole punch and ribbon, tied the 2 papers together. Easy Peasy, just add your candle and your done!

This was hard to photograph in the dark. but I think you can get the idea right?!

Jackpot!

Hi Ai Fans!

Well I must admit this is never me at the Casino LOL! The slot machine eats my money and in a few pulls I'm done! "Slots Jean" on the other hand won the Jackpot!! Jean also reminds me of the MIL who loves her trips on the bus to the Casino and tells us she always breaks even. Hmmmmm, not sure about that LOL!

I've had this paper in my stash for awhile now and it sure came in mind when I pulled the "Slots Jean" set out to create with!

Here's the decorated inside of my card. The set comes with the image, Jackpot and this sentiment rubber stamp.

High Hopes New Release!

Happy September first!!

Today is the new release over at High Hopes Rubber Stamps called "Seasons of Celebration"! I get to play with the "Christmas Boy & Reindeer Dog" today! Isn't he just adorable sitting in the tub with his best pal next to him?!!

I am using papers from the Photo Play "Mad Plaid" 6x6 collection. I  love the traditional colours in this collection! Lots of layers and a few snowflakes made this card come all together! You can't tell from the picture but the fur trim has Nuvo Glitter Drops in White blizzard added to them.

Flower Power!

Hi CDD Fans!

I'm sharing another card with you today inspired by the Craftin Desert Divas August Mood Board Challenge.

I was inspired with the top right picture of the flowers. I am using the CDD Digital Stamp called "Flower Power".

I had the idea in my head of making a flower border down the side of my card. It took quite a bit of work to size the flowers differently and place them overlapping each other. I love how it turned out though! With Digital stamps the sky is the limit to what you can create! I used my Silhouette machine to cut out my flower border. There is lot's of glitter added too using Diamond Stickles to the flowers and butterflies. I took a piece of white patterned vellum and placed it over a piece of blue cardstock. I made a frame from the CDD Inside Scallop Squares die and added the "Hugs" sentiment from the CDD "Simply Said" sentiment set. A few enamel dots finished it all off!

Waddles!

Hi High Hopes Peeps!

I've had so much fun using the new stamps from the High Hopes Stamps "So Much Cuteness" release this month! The title of the release sure lives up to it's name! Meet the adorable "Waddles"! Such a cute Mother duck and her little ducklings! I can just see them "waddling" around the farm!

I'm also using the stamp called "Farm Background" on the top of my card to create a little scene for my ducks!

I took a 5.5" Square and cut off a portion of the front panel. This way I could add a fence and show the Farm Background as well.

On the bottom portion of my card I added paper from the Bella Blvd. Barn Yard collection and the "Rise & Shine" sentiment.
