Amber Rose!

Good Morning!
I wanted to stop by today to share the adorable "Amber Rose" digital stamp from Digi Doodle Studios! Isn't she just the sweetest thing sitting there surrounded by delicious apples!!

I've been trying my hand at using more Digital Papers!  These papers are from the DDS "Apple Crazy" 8x8 Digital papers! 

After I had printed "Amber Rose" I coloured her pants and hat with Copic Markers and then took a bit of Blender Solution and a washcloth to add some texture. I was hoping it would look like denim and I think it turned out perfectly! For some reason, this time my camera really picked up the Stickles I added to the apples LOL! A few enamel dots and a bit of ribbon finish off my card.

The sentiment on both the front and inside of my card are from the DDS "Autumn Days" Sentiment and Tags set.

Christmas wonder set!

Hi Ai Fans!

Just popping in to share a few more Christmas themed cards with you today! These adorable images are all from the "Christmas Wonder Set" by Art Impressions! I love that there are so many options that you can create with this set!

All three cards are made using papers from the Bo Bunny Fa La La 6x6 collection. On all 3 cards I did mask off the main image to add the trees, Christmas trees and lamp post. I've also added Crystal Stickles to each card for some bling!

Right On Track!

Hello!

Just wanted to pop in and share a Birthday card I made for our son. Kyle works as a Conductor on the railway so off I went to search for a "train" themed card! I found this digital image over at Tiddly Inks and it's called  "The Conductor". Couldn't be more perfect for what I wanted!

I chose papers from the Echo Park " " and added some railway track that I cut with a Silhouette file. The "Birthday Wishes" is from High Hopes Rubber Stamps.

I decorated the inside of the card and added the sentiment using my computer!

HH New Release Winter Joy!

Hi High Hope Fans!

Today kicks off the New Release over at High Hopes called "Winter Joy"! I love this release as you can use the stamps for Christmas or just through out the Winter Season, so versatile!! Meet the super cute "Dancing Snowman Friends"!

I am using paper from the Sizzix Sweet Christmas collection today on my card! I love the kraft colours with the pinks and blues! So cute and so non-traditional! I find myself leaning to non traditional colours for my Christmas cards this year! A nice fun change from green and red!

Tall Country Snowman!

Hello and Welcome!

Thanks for stopping by today! I love snowmen and this "Tall Country Snowman" from High Hopes Stamps is one of my favourites! I love the country feel to him and the larger size makes a nice tall card as seen below!

I stamped my image onto Copic XPress-it paper and coloured it in with my Copic Sketch Markers. Then using a FishTail Flag die I cut him out! I decided to use papers from the Echo Park I Love Winter 6x6 collection! It's hard to see in the picture but there is Spectrum Noir Glitter pen added to the checkered parts and stars on the image.  I used the HH "Brr" sentiment on the front.

Howdy!
I just had to share this card with you today! I know where I live, it has gotten cooler! When I coloured this adorable "Heidi" digital stamp from Digi Doodle Studios I was sitting in a log cabin enjoying the Fall weather and beautiful leaves in West Virginia! Hopefully not all of you are freezing yet and can enjoy the happiness and fun "Heidi" is having playing in the leaves!

For my card today I am u sing DDS Digital papers from the "Sweater Weather" collection! The colours are perfect for Fall with their rich deep brown and orange tones! I created the little banner in the corner using the DDS "Autumn Days" Sentiment and Tags digital stamp set.

I'm in love with this saying which is also from the "Autumn Days" Sentiment and Tag Digital set.

Hello Ai Fans!

I decided with Winter approaching I had better get a few "Get Well" cards made and added to my stash. It seems we all get sick more often in the winter and there is nothing better than getting a card in the mail to perk you up a bit! My card today uses the  " Better soon " set by Art Impressions!

I am using paper from the Echo Park Reflections collection. The colours are perfect for a masculine themed card. I inked all the papers with some Vintage Photo Distress Ink, it helps add a bit of dimension to your project. The sentiment is part of the set and perfect for this card!

Ai Tag it Challenge and New Release!

Hello Ai Fans!

Today's the New Release of the Ai Thanksgiving and the Christmas Clear sets! Get ready for some serious cuteness with these sets! I got to try out the Sparkle and Cheer set, and of course I wanted to play along with the "Tag It" Challenge as well!

I have to admit that when I am creating a card or tag I don't have anything planned out in my mind! I start with the stamped image and choose papers I would like to use. Then I gather up things that might go with my paper. I may or may not use them all but at least they are in front of me so I can see what I have on hand! I just design as I go LOL.

I started off by stamping and colouring my images with my Copic Markers. I always like to use my Black gel pen for the eyes and on these snowmen I used it on their buttons as well.

Once my images were coloured, I cut them out with my Silhouette machine and also cut out some tags with matching design paper tags, decreasing them in size to create layers. Then I went about assembling the tags and added embellishment details to each tag! I added sentiments from the set to each of the tags as well.

I think they turned out really cute! But then anything snowmen themed is always adorable no matter what you do with them LOL!

Snowy's Friend!

Hello!!

It seriously doesn't get any cuter than this! Two of my favourite things......Snowmen and Penguins! My Grandma loved Penguins so any time I see one it just brings but such fond memories of Her! This adorable stamp is from High Hopes Stamps and is called "Snowy's Friends"!

I've had this paper in my stash for awhile and I love that it combines tractional Christmas colours with some black! The papers are from the Brazill Basics Paper Countdown to Christmas 6x6 collection. It's hard to see but there are some Crystal Stickles on each of the characters.

On this card I coloured everything the same but on the Bear I used some of my Copic Solution "0" and a washcloth to make a fur type texture!

Snowman Wishes Release!

Hi Digi Doodle Studio Fans!
Today is the New Release over at the Digi Doodle Studios online store called "Snowman Wishes"! I am using the super cute "Snowman Hugs"! I can never get enough of Snowmen, so this release is right up my alley!!

I chose to use papers from the Pebbles Winter Wonderland collection. I love the pink/blue/teal combination! So pretty and not traditional at all! I started by printing out my image and then colouring it with my Copic Markers. I used a Loopy Oval die to cut out the image and then assembled my card. I love doing lots of layers! The sentiment is from Digi Doodles as well and is from the "Snow Wishes" Digital stamp set. I added some Stickles and some Liquid Appliqué that puffs up when you heat it up! Both add a fun detail don't you think?

I love using my scraps from my projects to decorate the insides of my cards! This sentiment is also from the "Snowy Wishes" set.
