I Call It A Mess LOL!

Hi Ai Fans!
This stamp just makes me laugh! It is totally not me as I am very organized but I could see it being one of my kids as they don't seem to care where their clothes land! This stamp is actually a Try-Fold image called "Floordrobe" from Art Impressions.
I decided to use the "Floordrobe TF", in a different way then intended! I stamped the "lady" image first, masked her off and then stamped the remaining 2 images to create one stamp. It's great when you can use your stamps different ways to get more out of them! You can't really see in the picture but I also cut out an extra pair of socks, both shoes, the white collared top and the cat. Then I popped them up with some foam tape. Adds interest to the card for sure!
On this card I used the images in the "try-fold way" using an Ai pre-made"Try-Fold card base". I tried to draw in and colour a wall and wall paper behind my image.
I used a small piece of Velcro to keep the card closed with.
My colouring bled through to the other side so I added Designer paper to the flaps and mounted the card onto a 5.5" square card base.

I popped some of the pieces with foam tape to add a bit more dimension to my card. I fussy cut  my stamped image with my Brother Cut N Scan and popped it up as well.

Take Life!

Hello Ai Fans!
Exciting news for Ai and Hobby Lobby Fans!! The Art Impressions "Latte Love" stamp is now available at Hobby Lobby in a wooden block! It's called "Take Life" and stamps just beautifully!
I wanted to keep the background fairly clean to just show off these adorable Girlfriends! I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder to create the background and just added a few enamel dots to finish things off.
Of course I had to add some Spectrum Noir Glitter pen to each of the gals too for a bit of sparkle!
I made a frame with the MFT Zig Zag Circle Stax, and cut a circle the same size into my background. Then I mounted the background onto my card base using some foam tape for a bit of added dimension.
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E11, E21 / E00, E21, E95, R20
Hair: N3, N5, N7 / Y21, YR24 / E43, E44, E47

Happy Camper Mini Try-fold!

Hi Ai Fans!
Today marks the second week of the "Door Openings" Challenge and release of the new Mini Try-folds from Art Impressions! I am using the "Happy Camper MTF" today on my card.
I am using papers from the Doodlebug Flea Market 6x6 collection. I decided to make it look like a little scene by adding the grassy hills and fence. This is the first layer to the try-fold. The set comes with the dies that you use to create an opening to your next layer.
Here is the middle layer to the set.
And then finally you open to reveal the cute little fox having a nap!

Copics Used:
Camper: BG70, BG72, BG75, BG78 / BV23, BV25, BV29

Silver Wink of Stella
With this card I decided to use the stamps and dies but not create a try-fold card. I just layered the images and added them to my card. I created a night sky using Distress Inks and added a few little wooden stars that I added yellow Stickles too.

Black Soot
Cracked Pistachio
Spiced Marmelade

I found a SVG file in the Silhouette Design Shop in the shape of a bee hive and made it into a card base for my Bear. I used some paper from the Echo Park Fine & Dandy 6x6 collection that matches perfectly! I fussy cut out some of the little bees and popped thump with foam tape!
The "Bees Knees" sentiment from High Hope Stamps matches my theme perfectly!
I popped "Buzzin' By Bear" up on an action wobble for a fun interactive element!

It's A Girl!

Hello DDS Fans!
Today I wanted to share a fun project I made! I wanted to make a fun keepsake for a New Baby Girl! I decided to make a little mini album and decided that the Digi Doodle Studios digital image called "Baby Love" would look absolutely adorable on the front of the album!
I found a cute SVG file in the Silhouette Design Store and used it to create this little mini album. I cut out all the pieces and used paper from the Echo Park A New Addition 6x6 collection. I kept it all together with 1" Binder Rings with some pink double bows added for decoration. I have to admit this was hard to photograph LOL. I had to hang it on a straw (all I could think of LOL) and attach it to this frame. Some enamel dots and a bit of Stickles or sparkle finish off the front of my album.
I decorated each side of the "onesie" and added stickers and hearts from my stash of "baby themed" stuff. Now the New Mommy can add a few photos to take with her to share with friends!

Time To Celebrate!

Howdy All!
I've said it before and I'll say it again..... the "Girlfriends line" from Art Impressions are my favourite images to work with! They all just remind me of me and my friends and the sentiments make me giggle! On my card today I am using the "Party Girls" set.
I chose paper from the Bo Bunny Penelope 6x6 collection. I love the blue, greens and brown colours in this collection. I am using a Pretty Pink Posh Die to frame my coloured image. I added some Spectrum Noir Glitter pen to the balloons for a bit of sparkle. A blue and brown ribbon bow finishes everything off!
The "Party Girl" set some with 3 sentiments. I used one of them on the front and then this one on my decorated inside of my card.

Tropical Santa!

Hello HH & OCS Fans!
Everybody deserves a little R&R especially Santa after a busy Christmas season! "Tropical Santa" from High Hopes is doing just that! I think he's even got a bit of a tan!
I decided to use paper from the American Crafts "Sunny" 6x6 collection. I got my Sketch idea from "Lili of the Valley Sketches". There are lots of wonderful 6x6 sketches over there to choose from. I added the HH "Just Arrived" sentiment to show that "Tropical Santa" just arrived for his much needed vacation.
On the inside I created the sentiment on my computer. I am using a Ring Frame die on the inside with more of the Designer Papers. I used some of the circle cutout on the front of my card. I always try to use up my "scraps" when I can!

Catching Z's!

Hello!
I'm popping in to share a masculine themed card using the Art Impressions "Catching Z's" stamp set. It's always great to have a few masculine cards on hand and this one is perfect for some of the men that I know!
I decided to use paper from the older Echo Park Reflections Fall 6x6 collection. After I coloured my image with Copic Sketch markers I used my Brother Cut N Scan to "fussy" cut around my guy! Then using foam tape I popped him up against my card design. I love using foam tape or squares as it really helps to add dimension to your card.
The sentiment comes with the set and cracks me up every time I read it! Sometimes I wonder if there is more "sleeping" going on then actual fishing when the guys are out in the boat LOL.
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E11, E21, R20
Yellows: Y23, Y26, Y28
Greens: YG93, YG95, YG97, YG99

You're So Cool!

Hi Ai Fans!
It's the second week of the Art Impressions Challenge called "Playing Dress Up" and the release of the new Girlfriend stamps. I am playing with the "Sunny Shades" set today!
I thought these Gals looked so cool in all their fancy shades! A lightbulb went off in my head and I decided to try to make my own word card base. I used my Silhouette Cameo and created the word cool and then made it into a card base. It turned out better than I imagined! Gotta love when something you envision comes to life!
This card uses paper from my stash, I'm not even sure of the name. I cut out my stamped image with my Brother Cut N Scan and then popped it up with foam tape. I also added some Crystal Stickles to each of the girls for some added "cool" sparkle! This card is a bit on the large size, measuring 8" x 4.5".
Copics Used:
Skin: E00, E11, E21 / E00, E21, E95 / E11, E33, E51/ R20, RV17
