Quilting Sisters!

Hi!

Today I wanted to share with you a card I made using a stamps set from Art Impressions Girlfriends line called "Quilt Set"! This is another favourite of mine! I just love how the Girlfriends are all wrapped in the quilt! They are surrounded by love and friendship!

I am using paper from the Kaiserkraft Shine Bright 6x6 collection. I decided to paper piece the quilt and then I coloured in the hearts and the blanket age with my Copic N9. A few YNS Gumdrops and some ribbon with a bow finished things off!

I stamped the sentiments that came with the set and then cut them apart and adhered them to these cute tags!

From The Hear Stamps Challenge!

Hi Everyone!

Today I want to share with you a card that I made to enter into the Monthly Progressive Challenge over at From The Heart Stamps. I also am playing along with their weekly "Sketch With A Twist" #139 as well.

This is the sketch I followed and I also did the "twist" which is to add a number.

I am using the February Digital Stamp of the month called "Snowman And Cocoa". It's such a super cute winter themed set! The set comes with 1 image and 6 sentiments! I decided to use paper from the Crate Paper "Hello Love" Collection. I found the numbered paper in my stash and thought it would do for the "twist" in the weekly Sketch Challenge. I addd Clear Glitter Wink of Stella on the fur parts of the snowman's hat. I also hand drew the dot and dash border, looks kind of cute huh?! A few YNS Gumdrops and my card is finished!

I used one of the sentiments on the inside of my card.

A New Baby!

It's A Great Day!

Why is it a great day you ask?....... It's a great day because it's my turn to post for High Hopes Stamps! It seems like I know a lot of people who are expecting babies. Is there something in the water around here LOL! So I decided to get a jump on my baby cards and made 2 using the adorable "Precious Cargo" stamp!

I am using baby themed paper from the Tailored Expressions "Double The Joy" 6x6 collection. I inked all the edges of my paper with Tim Holtz Distress ink in Vintage Photo. No glitter this time (wink) just some enamel dots!

I usually decorate the inside of my cards with the scraps from designing my fronts. Designer paper can be expensive so this helps get a lot of value out of the pad. On the inside I stamped the HH sentiment called "Welcome Little One Script".

It's A Love Thing!

Hi Ai Fans!

There is something about an elderly couple that still displays their love for each other that just touches my heart! You know that feeling you get when you see two people that are older holding hands still? I hope that is me forever! The Ai "Love Thing" set is no different. This adorable couple just screams we still love each other the same as the day we met!

I chose papers from the Doodlebug "Love Bugs" 6x6 collection that I had from last year's release. I love the bright fun Valentine's colours! I added a few enamel dots and die cut borders to finish off my design.
