Let's Distress!

Hi Ai Fans!
It's the second week of the Art Impressions "Let's Distress" Challenge! I am using then newly released Windows To The World stamp called "Shepherd Window" and the new "3D Window Frame".

To go along with the Challenge I used Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks and made my own coloured paper and then used the 3D Frame die to make my little picture frame!

Here you can see how the 3D Frame stands up!

I also used the Distress inks to colour my image using a water brush. I did use Copics C0, C1, W3, W5 for the sheep though!

Happy Tuesday HH Fans!

Father's Day is right around the corner so I thought it was fitting to make a card using "Dad's Catch" by High Hopes Stamps. I just love that little grin on his face!

I am using papers from the Echo Park's Happy Camper 6x6 collection! I added some twine and a wooden embellishment that my good friend gave me! It's always a "great day" when you catch a fish LOL! I also inked all the edges of the papers and my cardstock with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Vintage Photo. A few enamel dots finish it all off!

The sentiment is from the "Sentiment set #3".

Happy Birthday!

Hi Ai Fans!

I needed to make a cute Birthday card for my friend who happens to love cats! I immediately thought of the Art Impressions "Everything Wonderful" MTF set. I love this set and the fun layered card it creates!

I am using papers from the Doodlebug Sugar Shoppe 6x6 collection. I thought the cupcake paper was  a perfect choice for this stamp set. 

I really love how quick and easy a Tryfold card is to make. The sets some with everything you need to create the card. You can even purchase the 3 panel Tryfold cards from Art Impressions to make your card making even easier.

Funny Farm!

Howdy High Hope Fans!

I absolutely adore this stamp from High Hopes! It's called "Funny Farm" and is the cutest little stack of Farm animals I have ever seen! I thought the sentiment "From All Of Us" matched this stamp quite perfectly!!

The paper is from the Bella BLVD Barn Yard 6x8 pad and is oh so cute! It goes perfectly with these farm cuties!! I added a bit of twine and a bow to finish off my card!

On the inside I used the High Hopes sentiment called "Happy Thoughts".
