Hi!
I heard about Brazill Basics Paper Sketch Challenges from my good friend Donna and Alie, who have played along and encouraged me to play as well. This is the March Sketch Challenge:
I have been working on a "First Year" Scrapbook for my Granddaughter Jacqualine. It's a combination of scrapbook pages and pocket pages. I thought it would be fun to play along in the BBP Challenge. Here's my Scrapbook page inspired by the sketch!
I hand stitched my circle with Doodlebug Lime Twine. I decided to use papers form the Photoplay Bloom collection. I think they match nicely and are fun and bright! I also used my Silhouette and my Silhouette Sketch pens to do my title and journalling. This was such a fun day. I had ordered ziplock freeze bags from Amazon and JD's Mommy and I made up some healthy popsicles for her. We put some frozen mixed berries and a bit of water in the food processor and blended them up until smooth. Jacqualine was teething at the time so the nice cold snack was a real treat not to mention a real berry mess LOL. She loved them! After this we ended up sewing some freezie holders for her next time as the cloth was just hard for her to keep on the freezie.
You can find the March Sketch Challenge Here on the BBP Facebook page. I plan to play along next month as well!
Thanks for stopping by!
