Summer Challenges

Hello!
For todays post I created a card to enter into a few Challenges. I've been wanting to enter into more Challenges for fun and couldn't resist with this adorable image from Tiddly Inks called "Wryn Floating Along".
I created a side stair step card using my Silhouette Machine and decorated it with papers from the American Craftes Sunny 6x6 paper collection. After I printed the digital image Wryn, I coloured her with my Copic markers and then fussy cut her out.
I made some waves with my Fiskers edged ruler and inked them with white ink. I popped them up with from squares and added Wryn behind them to look like she was floating in them.
I added a Silhouette sun cut file and some YNS Puffy Clouds glued on pieces of acetate to look like they are floating in the sky. I inked the edges of the sun with some Distress Ink in Vintage Photo to make it stand out.
I cut out the 2 little tags from the paper pad and layered matching cardstock behind them.

Style Is Everything!

Hello Ai Fans!
Introducing this funny Golden Oldie fellow named "Norm"! Boy doesn't Norm have style!!! LOL. He kind of reminds me of my Grandpa!
I decided to use papers from the Bo Bunny Beach Therapy collection and colored Norm to match! A few enamel dots and some twine with a flower and that was that, all finished!
I thought the "Style" sentiment was the perfect addition to the inside of my card! I mean after all Norm is oozing style LOL!

Penguin Family

Hi HH Fans!
For today's "Christmas in July" post over on the High Hopes Blog I am sharing with you a little gift set I made using the adorable "Penguin Family".
I love this little family and thought they would be super cute paired with the Winter wonderland Background stamp. I used my MISTI to create the scene, which worked super easy! I also added the High Hopes "Think Snow" sentiment on the front of my card. When I coloured the trees I left a bit uncoloured so that I could add some White Wink of Stella to make it look like snow on the branches. A bow with a candy gem finished off my card.
On the inside, more of the matching papers and a sentiment called "Holiday All Year".
The little Kraft Paper bag is a Dollar Store find and I just added paper to match from the Echo Park Tis The Season 6x6 collection. I tied a bunch of ribbon on the side for a fun embellishment.

In the bag you could put a small present or gift card but I made a small magnet for fun out of the same image! I recently purchased the Xyron Creative Station Lite, which has a laminate/ magnetic combo rather than just adhesive. Super cool and a fun way to make something different with your stamps!
Copics Used:
Penguin: C1, C4, C6, C8/ YR14, YR18
Sleigh: E43, E44, Gold Wink of Stella
Skates: C1, Silver Wink of Stella
Trees: YG93, YG95, YG97, YG99, White Wink of Stella
Snowflakes and ground: B0000, B000, B00
