Mom!

Happy Mother's Day!
I told you I'd be back with more of these cute HummingBirds from Pretty Pink Posh! I thought this would be perfect for my Mom for Mother's Day! Not only does my Mom love Hummingbirds but purple is her favourite colour!
I made 3 flowers using s Silhouette Cut file and added them to my card. I wanted to keep a consistent colour theme so I coloured my birds in the same purple tones as the flowers. I used a Embossing folder to create the white background of this Eclipse card. Some glitter on their heads add a pretty touch.
Here you can see the different dimensions on my card.

Udderly Fantastic set!

Hello Ai Fans!
I've got a friend who loves anything "Cow". When I saw this set I knew it would be perfect to make a Birthday card for her! This is the Art Impressions "Udderly Fantastic" set and comes with 3 images and 8 sentiments! Wow, think of all the variations you can make with it!
While I was creating with this set I decided to make  2 sets of 3 cards. I'm going to give one set to my friend that she can use to give out and the extra cards, I will add to my stash.
All six of my cards were created using paper from the Echo Park "Happy Birthday" Girl 6x6 collection.
I tried to "tie" them together with the matching papers and using an Oval Zig Zag die from MFT.

One of the designs has these cute cows popped up on a mini action wobble for a bit of fun!
I used one of the 8 sentiments from the set on the decorated inside of my cards.

Copics Used:
Cows: C5, C7, C9/ E11, E13, E15, E17/ R01, R00

Hi HH & OCS Fans!
Today's card is all about coffee!! From the adorable High Hopes Stamp called "Ginger" to the Coffee shaped gift card holder!
I used my Silhouette machine and cut the Coffee Gift Card base and decorated it with Designer papers. After I stamped and coloured my image, I used my Brother Cut N Scan to cut out the image and add a outline with pink cardstock. I also added some Crystal Stickles to various parts of "Ginger" for some added interest!
O course here in Canada, Tim Horton's is often the Coffee Shop of choice and I know my friend will love that she can go and have some coffee and treats on me!
I added the "Thank You For Being A Friend" sentiment on the inside.

Sound the Alarm!

Hi!
Today is my Dad's Birthday and to celebrate I made him this card! My Dad was a Firefighter so this set from Your Next Stamp was a perfect choice to use on his card. I actually won this "Fire Up the Fun" set and it couldn't be more perfect for me!
Today I am using paper from the Photoplay Mad 4 Plaid and Echo Park Dots and Stripes. I stamped the Fireman and then masked him off to stamp the Fire Truck in the background. I added some Silver Wink of Stella to the grey parts, red enamel dots and Glossy Accents to the water spray.
I added the adorable Dalmation on the inside along with a sentiment.

Ears To You!

Hi Ai Fans!
It's the second week of the  "Winged Things Challenge" and the New Release of the "Flutters" line over at Art Impressions! I'm playing with the "Dog Flutter" set today and boy it was a fun card to put together!
The "Dog Flutter" set comes with the images, dies and some tiny brads to assemble your card with! I coloured my dog much like the packaging as it was perfect for this "hound". When you pull down on the arrow the dogs ears move up and down, too cute! My paper this time is from the Doodlebug Puppy Pals collection.
Copics Used:

W1, W3, R00, R01

Here's a little video how the ears work. Such a fun and interactive card!

I decided to use papers from the Doodlebug Hello Sunshine 6x6 collection. Lots of layers and a material doily add interest to my card.

Hang In There!

Hi HH & OCS Fans!
Just popping int today to share a card I made with a stamp from High Hopes called "GiGi"! Adorable GiGi is from an older collection called "Divas". This is my favourite Diva from the collection!! I think it's her hair that I love the most! I always secretly wanted curly hair LOL!
What's great about this stamp is that you can use her for so many different occasions!  Today I am using GiGi for a card of encouragement. My paper is from the American Crafts Welcome Spring 6x6 collection. No glitter anywhere this time, (what you say?!!!) just a few enamel dots finish off my design.
I am using the HH Sentiment called "Hang In There" on the inside. I just masked off part of it to make it fit inside my little circle.

Birthday Fishes!

Hi Ai Fans!
I always find it a struggle to make masculine themed cards. No frills, no glitter, no pretty ribbon LOL! But this set from Art Impressions makes it super easy to make a male card that will sure to please that certain guy in your life! This is the "Reel Great Guys" set and comes with 5 images and 10 different sentiments!
I chose papers from the Pink & Main Beach Bum 6x6 collection to make my card with. I stamped some of the smaller images to use as embellishments and cut them out with my Brother Cut N Scan. A simple layout show cases the image and popped up stamped cutouts nicely I think!
I love that you can add either this little sign or the fish to the end of the fishing line!
I find it easy to make 2 cards when I make a design, that way I can send one to the recipient and have to add to my stash! Win, win!!
Inside decorated view.
